The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
williams throws a low kick but Bricks avoids it.
Bricks fails in his attempt to clinch.
Bricks misses with the combination.
A nice leg kick lands there from williams.
williams throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
williams scores a takedown into full mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
williams postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Bricks looks a forlorn figure.
It looks like Strict Bricks has been cut.
Bricks is wriggling around trying to escape.

The referee warns Bricks that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
