Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Gomi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mateus Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gomi comes to the cage accompanied by Slaap lekker!. Gracie has chosen Party In The U.S.A. as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Mateus Gracie has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kenny Gomi's chin.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gomi.
Gracie takes a kick to the side of the head.
Good leg kick by Gomi there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Nice shot lands for Gomi.
Gomi takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Gomi lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Gomi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie.
Gomi cracks Gracie with an open hand slap.
Gomi turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Gomi throws a shot to the body.
Gomi cracks the inside of Gracie's front leg.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gracie takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Gomi scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gracie doesn't seem bothered though.
Gracie looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gomi with a hook.
Gomi lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Gomi tests Gracie's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The fighters circle momentarily. Gomi darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Gomi lands a glancing blow to the side of Gracie's head.
Gracie has a takedown stuffed.
Gracie drops his hands momentarily and Gomi takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Gomi comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Gomi digs a good hook to Gracie's body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gomi throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Gracie.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gomi moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Gomi stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Gomi plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Gracie is rocked!
A cross from Gomi lands.
Gracie is still on wobbly legs! Can Gomi finish him?
Gomi connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Gracie tumbling to the canvas! Gomi pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Gracie was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kenny Gomi!
