Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robbie Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Berbick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Robbie Rock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Anthony Berbick!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Berbick drops Rock with a left and a right! Oh, Rock is hurt - Berbick dives into side control looking to finish!


Rock is rocked!


It looks like Robbie Rock has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Berbick is trying to get an arm triangle but Rock is defending well.
Oh Rock is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rock tries to buck Berbick off but Berbick is having none of it.
Rock seems to have got his legs back now.
Rock wants to get back to his feet but Berbick drags him back down.

Berbick is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rock is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Berbick wants to control but Rock is keeping him busy.
Berbick landing strikes.
Berbick throws an elbow but Rock slips to the side and avoids it well.
Berbick scoring with punches and elbows.
Rock dodges the ground and pound from Berbick.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rock struggling a bit here.
Berbick is working Rock over with some ground and pound from side control.

Berbick is looking to take a break and control but Rock is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Berbick has hold of Rock's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Rock manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Berbick can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Rock is looking to escape.
Rock is desperately trying to improve his position but Berbick has a good base and remains in mount.
Berbick is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Berbick has hold of Rock's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Rock manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Berbick prevents Rock from getting the reversal.
Rock is breathing heavily.
Berbick lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Rock takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Rock keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Berbick working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Rock turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Berbick off and cradles Rock's limp body as Berbick celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Anthony Berbick!
