Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and feng li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Velasquez has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. feng li has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
li tries to clinch but Velasquez moves out of range.
li closes the distance and clinches up with Velasquez, looking for a takedown. li pushes Velasquez against the cage but Velasquez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Velasquez lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

li throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Cain Velasquez.
