Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Esa Notkonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Carter's choice of entrance music: Tupac -Ambitionz Az A Ridah. Esa Notkonen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter misses with a low kick.
Carter throws a solid leg kick but Notkonen takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Carter.
Carter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Good leg kick by Notkonen there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Carter misses with a hook. Notkonen ducked under it nicely.
Notkonen avoids the head kick by Carter.
No luck for Carter with that takedown attempt.
Notkonen throws a head kick that misses.
Notkonen tries a head kick but it misses.
Notkonen throws a leg kick which misses Carter's front leg but catches the back leg as Carter tries to avoid it.
Carter looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Carter shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Notkonen as he jumps to the side.
Notkonen closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Notkonen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Notkonen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Whack! Notkonen lands a heavy head kick that drops Carter. The ref tackles Notkonen to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Carter was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Esa Notkonen!
