Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Lou da Vinci and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabaret shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Cabaret tries to pass the half guard into mount. Scott knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Cabaret's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Cabaret walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Scott checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Scott really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cabaret. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Everth Cabaret just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Cabaret slips a nice elbow through Scott's hands, connecting with Scott's forehead.

Scott tries to clinch there but Cabaret circles away.
Scott throws a head kick but Cabaret moves out of range.
Scott throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Cabaret closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Cabaret frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
BOOM! Cabaret connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Cabaret unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Scott wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Cabaret celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
