Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Urbloks Nokdoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ethan Tate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tate has chosen Looking out my back door - C.C.R. as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Urbloks Nokdoff! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ethan Tate! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tate with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Nokdoff to score with a decent uppercut. Nokdoff scores with a one two! Tate had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Nokdoff lunges at Tate with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Tate's hand. Tate takes the fight into the clinch. Nokdoff is working Tate over against the cage. Tate works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Nokdoff wants to hit a switch here but Tate passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Nokdoff there! Nokdoff wants to control but Tate is having none of it. Tate trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nokdoff blocking the ground and pound. Tate controlling from mount. Tate thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Nokdoff is looking to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Tate avoids the attempt from Nokdoff to control. Nokdoff is working to get back to half guard.
Nokdoff gets back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tate throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Tate is stalling here. Nokdoff is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Tate seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Nokdoff has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tate is trying to get back to half guard. Nokdoff throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Tate prevents Nokdoff from moving into mount. Nokdoff wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tate, who protects the arm well. Tate is not content to let Nokdoff control the position. Tate regains half guard. Nokdoff throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Tate is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Nokdoff's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Nokdoff's back!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Tate is throwing shots to the body but Nokdoff manages to wriggle free. Tate pounces on him again and ends up in Nokdoff's guard. Nokdoff trying to keep a closed guard but Tate is proving a slippery customer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Urbloks Nokdoff will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Tate misses with a low kick.
Tate slips a straight right by Nokdoff. Tate bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Nokdoff lands a jab to Tate's midsection. Nokdoff lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Urbloks Nokdoff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab lands there for Nokdoff. Nokdoff closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tate circles away. Nokdoff lands a slapping body shot.
Tate has Nokdoff up against the cage in a clinch.
Nokdoff swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Tate blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Tate drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Nokdoff tries to throw a body punch but Tate avoids it by throwing Nokdoff back against the cage. Tate pulls guard. Nokdoff in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Nokdoff is looking to advance position but Tate has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Tate controlling the position easily from mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nokdoff is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Tate looking to control and managing it successfully. Nokdoff tries to lock up and control but Tate gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Tate goes for an armbar but Nokdoff turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Nokdoff. Nokdoff content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Tate looking for a sweep. Not yet Tate, not yet. Nokdoff with a flurry of punches that miss. Tate utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Tate pulls Nokdoff in close to prevent any damage. Nokdoff trying to control the position from guard on top but Tate is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tate can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Nokdoff controls the pace.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tate is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Nokdoff tries for a takedown. No joy.
Tate is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Tate drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Nokdoff gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Urbloks Nokdoff has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ethan Tate. Nokdoff lands with a light punch inside. Nokdoff can't find room to land a body shot as Tate controls the action.

Nokdoff lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Tate. Tate is breathing heavily. A short left from Nokdoff. Nokdoff wants a takedown.
A head punch on the inside from Nokdoff fails to land. A shot in the inside from Nokdoff. Nokdoff is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Nokdoff working some nice short punches in the clinch. Nokdoff misses with the head strike.
Nokdoff is pressed up against the cage. Tate has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Nokdoff down to the mat. Nokdoff avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Tate takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A cross from Nokdoff lands. Tate gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Tate ducks under a wild hook from Nokdoff. Nokdoff lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Tate at a distance.
Tate shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Tate showed some decent athleticism there. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nokdoff is trying to stand back up but Tate is controlling him
Nokdoff controlling the position for now. Tate is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Nokdoff sees it coming and defends easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Urbloks Nokdoff dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Nokdoff swats away the attempt to clinch by Tate. Tate tries to close the distance and clinch but Nokdoff swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Nokdoff lands with a good body shot. The fighters circle momentarily. Nokdoff darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Nokdoff is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Tate moves in looking to clinch but Nokdoff pushes him off. Tate clinches. Nokdoff tries a body shot but Tate blocks it.
Tate's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nokdoff tries to bum rush Tate with a series of wild strikes but Tate uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Tate takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Tate defending well as Nokdoff loads up on a big left hand. A swing and a miss from Nokdoff. Nokdoff throws a big shot that misses. Tate moves out of range as Nokdoff strikes. A swing and a miss from Nokdoff. Nokdoff is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tate. Tate ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tate looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Nokdoff throws a jab but it's blocked by Tate. Tate shoots for a double leg takedown but Nokdoff sprawls well. He's pushed Tate's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Nokdoff throws out a powerful jab. Nokdoff throws out a loose jab but Tate uses good head movement to avoid it. Nokdoff throws a right and a left that Tate avoids nicely. Tate displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nokdoff throws out the jab. Nokdoff throws a series of punches but Tate moves out of range. Nokdoff swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Nokdoff circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tate slips under a jab. Tate is looking to clinch. Nokdoff closes the distance and clinches. Tate looking to slow down the pace here. Nokdoff dodges an elbow strike from Tate.
Tate blocks an elbow strike. Tate manages to break the clinch.
Nokdoff misses with a wild body shot. Tate tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nokdoff swivels and escapes. Urbloks Nokdoff has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ethan Tate.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tate takes a swing at Nokdoff's ribcage but misses. Nokdoff fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tate manages to avoid it. Tate takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Excellent takedown into side control there by Tate. Tate takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Nokdoff tries to bench press Tate off him but Tate keeps the position. Tate misses with the ground and pound. Tate thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Tate throwing shots but missing, from side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tate tries for a kimura but Nokdoff is defending well. Tate controls the position. Ethan Tate has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Nokdoff is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Tate throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Tate thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Nokdoff is positioning himself well to prevent Tate advancing to mount. Tate sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Nokdoff defending well though. Nokdoff trying to control from the bottom.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tate is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Nokdoff sees it coming and defends easily. Tate throwing shots but Nokdoff is blocking nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Urbloks Nokdoff. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Nokdoff, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
