Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, KJ Noons!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
14 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hater Hurter!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Noons throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Noons shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hurter defends it nicely.
Hurter lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Noons at a distance.
Noons doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hurter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A punch lands to the side of Noons 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Noons throws a looping overhand right but Hurter ducks down to avoid it.
Noons shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hurter defends it nicely.
Hurter throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hurter connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Hurter wants to land a leg kick but Noons is out of range.
Good exchange - Hurter coming out on top.
Hurter lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Hurter lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Noons drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Noons lands with a good body shot.
Hurter moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Noons takes one to the chin there.
Hurter bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Noons's head.
Hurter punishes Noons's body with a nice straight punch.
Hurter closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Noons is breathing heavily.
Hurter lands a slapping body shot.
Hurter lands with a nice combination. Noons backs away looking to recover.
Noons is rocked!
Noons takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Oh Noons is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hurter cracks Noons with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Noons falls to his knees and Hurter doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hater Hurter!
