Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Diego Lezema (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Haze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lezema kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Weird Al Yankovic - Fat song. Haze has chosen Reggie and the Full Effect - Get Well Soon as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Haze or perhaps it was just good defense by Lezema which made him look bad.
Lezema gets a takedown into half guard.
Haze moves into full guard.
Lezema trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Lezema throwing strikes but missing.
Lezema slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Haze manages to get back to half guard.
Haze is looking for a sweep. Lezema is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Haze looks gassed!
Lezema is pushing down on Haze's leg trying to pass to half guard. Haze is fighting to maintain full guard but Lezema has managed to sneak the leg through.
Lezema is looking for a kimura but Haze is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lezema to get the leverage.
Lezema is looking to take a break and control but Haze is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Haze is trying to control but can't.
Lezema wants to work for an arm triangle but Haze is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Haze gets back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Haze holds on and takes a little breather.
Haze manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lezema manages to get himself to full guard.
Haze drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Haze jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Haze is looking to take a break and control but Lezema is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Lezema could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Haze is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Lezema is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Haze frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Haze has control of Lezema's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Lezema regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Haze jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Lezema is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Lezema and Haze has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Lezema lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Diego Lezema seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lezema lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Haze with a poor takedown
and Lezema counters with a takedown into side control.
Lezema has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Haze!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Lezema's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Haze can't escape the position.
Haze turns into Lezema and is now in his guard.

Haze stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lezema swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Haze must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Lezema looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Haze looking to sit in guard and control but Lezema gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Haze tries to move to mount but Lezema blocks the move with his legs.

Haze prevents Lezema from improving his position.
Lezema is pressing down on Haze's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Haze is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Lezema has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Haze is looking to defend but Lezema has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Haze! Lezema pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Haze taps out and this one is all over!
