Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raiskari Raimo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raiskari Raimo has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Dan Hand's chin.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raimo shoots in but Hand avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Raimo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

It looks like Raiskari Raimo has been cut.
Hand misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hand scores with a hook to the body. Raimo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Hand throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dan Hand seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hand rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Raimo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

No joy there for Hand, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Raimo shoots in looking for a takedown. Hand tries to sprawl out of it but Raimo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hand manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Raimo shoots for a double leg takedown but Hand sprawls well. He's pushed Raimo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hand takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Raimo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hand is fending him off so far but Raimo persists. Nope, Hand circles away and we're back to standing.

Raimo takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Raimo moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hand drops Raimo with a left and a right! Oh, Raimo is hurt - Hand dives into side control looking to finish!

Raimo is looking to regain half guard here but Hand keeps moving and retains side control.
Raimo is still in real trouble! Can Hand finish him?
Raimo throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
Raimo seems to have recovered his senses.

That has opened up Raiskari Raimo's cut even more.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Raimo tries to bench press Hand off him but Hand keeps the position.
Raimo manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hand's best efforts.
Raimo moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Hand knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Raimo on the ground.

Raimo might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Hand kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Hand has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Raiskari Raimo's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Raimo feints and as Hand raises his hands in defense, Raimo changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Raimo is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Raimo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Raimo wants to control from the top but Hand keeps moving.

Raimo manages to reverse the position and now he's in Hand's guard. Nice work there by Raimo.
Raimo wants to control from the top but Hand keeps moving.
Raimo stands and throws Hand's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hand tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Raimo scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Hand to see if he's OK.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Dan Hand is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

The fighters circle momentarily. Hand darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Raiskari Raimo's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
