Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cane Gairzinio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter has chosen The Used - The Taste Of Ink as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Cane Gairzinio! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Roy Hunter! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gairzinio fails in his attempt to clinch. Hunter fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Hunter uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gairzinio.
Hunter looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Gairzinio! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hunter looking to secure an arm triangle but Gairzinio defends it well. Gairzinio knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hunter on the ground. Hunter looking for a guillotine from mount but Gairzinio is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gairzinio tries to lock up and control but Hunter gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hunter with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.

Hunter is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Gairzinio to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Gairzinio shrugs it off. Gairzinio wants to control but Hunter is having none of it. Hunter thowing shots but they're missing. Gairzinio trying desperately to get to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Hunter moves to take his opponent's back. Gairzinio defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Hunter's arms. Gairzinio holding both Hunter 's hands and preventing any damage. Gairzinio manages to reverse the position and now he's in Hunter's guard. Nice work there by Gairzinio.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Hunter looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Gairzinio has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hunter is proving hard to escape from.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hunter tries to land a sweep but no joy. Hunter working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gairzinio doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gairzinio manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Hunter manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gairzinio manages to get himself to full guard.
Hunter passes easily into side control. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gairzinio throws a head kick that half lands.
Hunter ducks under a wild hook from Gairzinio. Hunter misses with a takedown attempt - Gairzinio sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Gairzinio.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gairzinio fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hunter. Gairzinio tries to clinch there but Hunter circles away.
Roy Hunter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hunter lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Gairzinio backs up against the cage.
Hunter shoots for a double leg takedown but Gairzinio sprawls well. He's pushed Hunter's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Hunter looks for a takedown but Gairzinio sprawls well. Cane Gairzinio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roy Hunter. Hunter misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gairzinio is looking to clinch. Gairzinio misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gairzinio turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Hunter shoots in and drives through. Gairzinio sprawls well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gairzinio is looking to clinch. Hunter throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gairzinio is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hunter. Gairzinio swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Gairzinio ducks under a wild hook from Hunter. Hunter takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. A low kick from Hunter misses and Gairzinio counters with a flying knee. Nice. Hunter doesn't succeed with the takedown and Gairzinio counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Hunter slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Hunter has his feet on Gairzinio's thighs here. He's pushed Gairzinio off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Gairzinio screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
