Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Quintin Quad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glenn Mathews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Glenn Mathews struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quad avoids the body shot from Mathews.
Mathews looks to land a combination but Quad avoids it well.

Quad lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Quad takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
