The crowd seem to be enjoying Uzi's choice of entrance music: Aint no sunshine. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drago doesn't manage to clinch there - Uzi circles away.
Drago tries to close the distance and clinch but Uzi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Uzi jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

It looks like Ivan Drago has been cut.
Uzi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Drago paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Uzi forces Drago back against the cage and clinches.

and Drago counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Uzi looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Uzi is looking to break free of the clinch but Drago has double underhooks.
Uzi lands a shot to the body.
Uzi on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Uzi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Uzi lands a big uppercut and Drago crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Drago looks OK. Uzi waves Drago back to his feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Uzi throws a monster overhand right that drops Drago! Uzi follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
