Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Care Less (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felix Voskresensky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Felix Voskresensky! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Voskresensky is looking to clinch but Less is avoiding it.
Less scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Voskresensky slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Voskresensky trying to control the position.
Less postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Voskresensky is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Less, into his guard. Less pulls Voskresensky in close to his closed guard and prevents Voskresensky from doing any damage or advancing position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Voskresensky stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Less swivels though and keeps the full guard. Voskresensky wants to get up but he can't break Less's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Less trying to control the position.
Less has control of Voskresensky's left arm, preventing Voskresensky from doing any damage. Voskresensky thows a big elbow that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Less wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Less tries to land a sweep but no joy. Voskresensky loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Less scores with a nice head shot.
It looks like Felix Voskresensky has been cut. Less pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Less slips under a jab. Less shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Voskresensky defends it nicely. Voskresensky throws a lazy right hand but Less sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Less throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Voskresensky was covering up waiting for the punch and Less finishes the takedown easily into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Voskresensky has his foot on Less's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Less works his way back into a safe position though. Voskresensky is trying to keep Less in close.

Care Less dominated that round. The cut man is working on Felix Voskresensky's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Less moves out of range of the body kick from Voskresensky.
Nice takedown defense from Voskresensky. No joy for Less on that attempt. Less misses with a two punch combination.
Less throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Voskresensky's waist but Voskresensky gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Less off to one side. Less feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Less drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Voskresensky dives on top into guard. Voskresensky throwing strikes but missing. Voskresensky has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Less is proving hard to escape from. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Voskresensky with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Voskresensky postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Voskresensky accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Less managing to control the position. Voskresensky working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Voskresensky is working Less over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Voskresensky trying to control the position from guard on top but Less is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Voskresensky gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Nice body punch from Less. Less gets a takedown into half guard. Voskresensky regains full guard. Nicely done. That's three minutes gone in the round. Less tries to free his leg and advance position but Voskresensky is retaining full guard. Less is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Voskresensky is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Voskresensky has escaped and now he's on top! Less is pulling down on Voskresensky's head to control his posture.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Voskresensky connects with a couple of short punches. Voskresensky trying to control but Less is working from the bottom. Less is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Voskresensky throws a strike but Less avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Less trying to keep a closed guard but Voskresensky is proving a slippery customer.
