The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Paulo Santos and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Reepal, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Reepal tries to bum rush Gengar with a series of wild strikes but Gengar uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Gengar digs a good hook to Reepal's body.
Gengar keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Reepal displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gengar throws out the jab.
Reepal tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Reepal steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Gengar. That one must have hurt.
Reepal pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Reepal throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Gengar counters with a body kick that stops Reepal in his tracks momentarily.
Gengar moves out of range of the strikes.
Reepal throws a leg kick that is checked
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Gengar scores with a crisp jab that stopped Reepal in his tracks.
Gengar throws a hook to the side of Reepal's head but Reepal sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Reepal misses with a jab, cross combination.
Gengar cracks Reepal with an open hand slap.
Jark Reepal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reepal gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Gengar.
Reepal throws a left and a right that both miss
and Gengar counters with a nice body shot.
Reepal is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gengar connects with a nice looking jab.
Gengar fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Reepal on the side of the head.
Gengar connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
A nice leg kick lands there from Gengar.
Gengar drops Reepal with a huge uppercut! Reepal drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Gengar is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
