Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frost's entrance music is God Save The Queen. A fine choice. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Frost! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Holmes! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frost closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Frost lands in his opponent's guard. Frost trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Frost is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Holmes is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Holmes has escaped and now he's on top! Frost looking to hit a scissor sweep but Holmes is one step ahead there. Frost keeping moving, preventing Holmes from controlling successfully. Holmes has gone for a leg lock! Frost slips out almost immediately though and dives into Holmes's guard. Frost drops back looking for a leg! Holmes is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Holmes manages to kick Frost off! Frost jumps back into Holmes's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Holmes is keeping the position for now. Frost forces his way into half guard. Frost looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frost passes the guard and advances to mount! Frost is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Holmes has managed to escape the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Holmes is in all sorts of trouble here.
Frost goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Holmes turns into him and now he's in Frost's guard.
Frost has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Holmes can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Frost is breathing heavily. Frost escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Holmes gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Holmes is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Frost has his foot on Holmes's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Holmes works his way back into a safe position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Holmes postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Frost looking for a sweep. Not yet Frost, not yet. Holmes content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Frost has his foot on Holmes's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Holmes works his way back into a safe position though. Frost manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Frost wants to take Holmes's back here but Holmes is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Frost looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Frost is working for a guillotine from mount but Holmes frees his head quite easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frost goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Holmes turns into him and now he's in Frost's guard.
Holmes must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Frost had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Holmes is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Frost Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Holmes's back instead. Frost looking to break Holmes's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Holmes remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Frost will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Frost patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Frost has got his arm under Holmes's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Holmes has spun round into Frost's guard beautifully! Well done that man!
Holmes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Frost swivels though and keeps the full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Frost working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Holmes doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Frost is tightening it up a little... Holmes has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Holmes reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Holmes taps out! nice BJJ there by Frost!
