The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace throws a jab when McSlipster was well out of range.
Wallace throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Good standup being displayed there by Wallace as he connects with a hook.
McSlipster moves away from the strike by Wallace.
Wallace throws a lazy right hand but McSlipster sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Wallace scores with a hook to the body. McSlipster takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Wallace just misses with a punch to the body.
Wallace stuffs the takedown.
McSlipster uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wallace.
McSlipster shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wallace defends it nicely.

Wallace stuffs the takedown attempt from McSlipster. McSlipster gets slowly back to his feet.

McSlipster drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McSlipster jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Wallace is pulling down on McSlipster's head. It's preventing any offense from McSlipster, at least for the moment.

McSlipster is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Wallace doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time McSlipster.

McSlipster is working for a submission of some sort.
Wallace tries to get to full guard but McSlipster has control of the leg.

Wallace bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Wallace is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McSlipster.

McSlipster looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Wallace wants to hold on but McSlipster pushes him away.

McSlipster wants to finish this one by submission but Wallace is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from McSlipster.

McSlipster has control of Wallace's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Wallace regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Wallace is in all sorts of trouble here.

Wallace tries to lock up and control but McSlipster gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

McSlipster is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by McSlipster!
