Street comes to the cage accompanied by The Truth. Michael Street could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jung Myung Seok's chin.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jung Myung Seok! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Russell Pearce and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Street throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Myung Seok's waist but Myung Seok gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Street off to one side. Myung Seok throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Street sees it coming and avoids it easily. Myung Seok throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Street looks to land a left hand but Myung Seok moved out of range nicely. Street looks to score with a jab to the body but Myung Seok is just out of range. Myung Seok blocks the body kick.

Myung Seok is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Street swings for the body but Myung Seok moves out of range.

Street wants to control from the top but Myung Seok keeps moving. Street drops back looking for a leg! Myung Seok is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Myung Seok manages to kick Street off! Street jumps back into Myung Seok's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Street throwing strikes but missing. Myung Seok really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Street. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Street is working Myung Seok over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Street with a flurry of punches that miss. Street wants to control from the top but Myung Seok keeps moving. Myung Seok looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Street pushing down on Myung Seok's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Myung Seok is staying active underneath Street, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Street is trying to work for a kimura but Myung Seok is defending well.
Street thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Street lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Street working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Street looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Myung Seok with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Street is working for a submission of some sort.
Street landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Street is trying to control the action in half guard but Myung Seok is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jung Myung Seok will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Michael Street's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
