Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nelson Muntz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junie Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Nelson Muntz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Junie Silva! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck with that takedown attempt from Silva. Silva throws a right hand that Muntz ducks under and follows up with a left that Muntz also avoids with ease. Muntz throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Silva to counter with a crisp jab. Muntz throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Silva counters with a takedown into side control. Muntz trying to remain calm as Silva controls from the top position. Silva tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Muntz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground. Muntz is not content to let Silva control the position. Silva throws a strike aimed at the side of Muntz's head but Muntz avoids it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Muntz defending against the ground and pound. Muntz is not content to let Silva control the position. Muntz dodges the ground and pound from Silva. Silva wants to lay and pray for a moment but Muntz keeps working. Silva thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Silva working the ground and pound but Muntz is defending the strikes. Silva is looking to take a break and control but Muntz is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Silva looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Muntz throws a leg kick that misses. Silva getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Muntz throws a combination that misses and Silva counters with a head kick. Silva fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Silva shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Muntz defends it nicely. Nelson Muntz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Junie Silva. A punch lands to the side of Silva 's head but he takes it in his stride.
It looks like Junie Silva has been cut. Muntz tries to bum rush Silva with a series of wild strikes but Silva uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Muntz misses with a looping left. Muntz throws a head kick that misses. Muntz missing with a left hand there. Silva was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Muntz takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Muntz is breathing heavily. A nice inside leg kick there by Silva. That's going to slow Muntz down. Muntz displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Silva. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Silva. Muntz shrugs it off though. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Silva lands with a thumping leg kick.
Silva darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Muntz blocking the ground and pound attempt from Silva.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Silva looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Muntz with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Silva winds up and cracks Muntz with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Muntz wants to get back to full guard. Silva has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Silva tries to pass to full mount but Muntz defends it. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Silva trying to control the action but Muntz is working from the bottom. Silva trying to pass the guard but Muntz defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Junie Silva dominated that round. The cut man is working on Junie Silva's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

enabling Silva to counter with a crisp jab. Muntz throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silva. Muntz on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Silva throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Muntz.
It looks like Nelson Muntz has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Silva lands a nice looking body shot.
No joy there for Silva, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Silva closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Silva trying to mount his opponent but Muntz defends it. Silva sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Muntz defending well though. Silva is working for a submission of some sort.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Silva is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Muntz defends it well.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Silva ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Muntz falls off balance throwing a combination
and Silva counters with a single leg into guard. Muntz didn't expect that. Silva throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Muntz works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Junie Silva showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Silva not landing any meaningful shots this time. Silva takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Silva wants to take a breather but Muntz is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Silva seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Silva is trying to control the action in half guard but Muntz is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Nelson Muntz has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Silva with the ground and pound but Muntz uses the opportunity to regain guard. Silva trying to control but Muntz is working from the bottom. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that's the end of the fight! Junie Silva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Silva has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
