Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Douglas Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Clayman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Douglas Brown could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mike Clayman's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Douglas Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Clayman!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Clayman napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Clayman is letting Brown control him for a moment.
Brown wants to control but Clayman is keeping him busy.
You can see the frustration on Clayman's face as Brown controls the position.
Clayman is not content to let Brown control the position.
Clayman tries to improve position but can't.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Clayman is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Clayman thows a huge punch but Brown dodges it nicely.
Brown works his way to full guard. Good work.
Brown wants to sweep but no luck.
Brown is trying to control the position but Clayman postures up.
Brown lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Clayman!

Brown swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Clayman is now in Brown's guard. A big mistake from Brown there, giving up the dominant position!

Brown is trying to hold Clayman in close to prevent damage but Clayman has managed to pass into half guard.

Clayman is looking for a kimura but Brown is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Clayman to get the leverage.
