Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nils Vypers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Bennett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nils Vypers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Matt Bennett! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vypers throws a head kick but Bennett moves out of range.
Vypers shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bennett defends it nicely. Vypers fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Vypers jabbing away but nothing is landing. Bennett tries to clinch but Vypers moves out of range. Bennett thows a left - swing and a miss! Bennett fails to land with a series of punches.
Vypers tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bennett paws at him with a jab and circles away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bennett throws a right and a left that Vypers avoids nicely. Bennett scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Bennett misses with the combination.
Bennett wants to clinch up but Vypers keeps it at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bennett keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nils Vypers. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bennett scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bennett content to control rather than advance. Vypers pushes Bennett off looking to stand but Bennett dives back in and keeps control.
Bennett throwing shots but Vypers is blocking nicely. Bennett with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Bennett's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Bennett passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Vypers!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bennett is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Vypers to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Vypers shrugs it off. Bennett controlling his opponent. Vypers reaches up to try and control the position but Bennett seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Vypers rolls and tries to escape and now Bennett has his back!
Bennett is riding his opponent, not letting Vypers buck him off.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bennett has the hooks in. Vypers is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Vypers is breathing heavily. Bennett controls the position. Bennett missing with punches from the back. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bennett really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Vypers. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Bennett dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Vypers wants to clinch. Bennett rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Vypers moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Bennett misses with a two punch combination.
Bennett misses with a low kick. Vypers showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bennett.
Vypers shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bennett counters with a takedown into side control. Bennett in side control, just content to control the action for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vypers is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bennett creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Vypers sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Bennett staying calm.
Despite being in the dominant position, Matt Bennett just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Vypers takes a body punch but keeps moving. Bennett lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Bennett decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Bennett controlling the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bennett tries to pass the half guard into mount. Vypers knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Bennett drops an elbow to the side of Vypers's head. Vypers avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bennett. Bennett is nestled in close to Vypers, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Bennett slows the pace down in half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Bennett showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Nils Vypers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bennett misses with a few strikes there.
Bennett checks a low kick from Vypers. Bennett cracks Vypers with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Bennett looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Vypers throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Bennett wants to clinch. Bennett misses with a few strikes there.
Nils Vypers is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bennett fails to land with a series of punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bennett is looking to score with low kicks. Bennett drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Vypers can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bennett controls the pace. Bennett slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Vypers. Bennett sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Vypers defending well though. Bennett is taking a breather. Vypers says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Vypers tries to kick Bennett off in order to stand up. Bennett Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bennett working away. Vypers is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Bennett is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Bennett in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Bennett is trying to get an arm triangle but Vypers is defending well. Bennett is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Bennett has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. You can see the frustration on Vypers's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Matt Bennett has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Bennett taking a breather here. Matt Bennett is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that's the end of the fight! Matt Bennett comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bennett has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
