Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Rush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Helo San (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Max Rush! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Helo San! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Steve Erwin and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rush closes the distance and clinches up with San, looking for a takedown. Rush pushes San against the cage but San circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Rush avoids the head kick by San.
San misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
No joy there for San, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Some wild striking there from San.
San works over Rush's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Max Rush has been cut. San misses with a few strikes there.
San throws a sloppy head kick and Rush moves out of range easily. San throws a wild body kick that Rush sees coming a mile off. Rush scores with a takedown into San's guard. Rush passes San's right leg, so he's now in half guard. San wants to get back to his feet. Rush trying to control from half guard but San is working away. Rush passes to side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rush goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, San rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Rush's guard! Nice work there by San! Rush has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but San has passed into side control.
Rush tries to bench press San off him but San keeps the position. Rush tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but San presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Rush is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Rush is breathing heavily. Rush is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Rush tries to get back to half guard but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rush regains half guard. Rush makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Rush.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rush has an active guard here but San has managed to pass into half guard.
Rush looking for submissions off his back. San is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Rush looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. San seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. San blocks the strikes from Rush.
Rush looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Rush tries to roll over but San keeps him under control. It looks like San is going to stand back up.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Rush looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Rush thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. San is in trouble now - Rush has advanced to mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Helo San will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Max Rush's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Rush decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Rush wants to pass to mount but San is defending the position. San is defending against the submission attempts here by Rush.

San has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rush is proving hard to escape from. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rush is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Rush is working hard here to advance position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. San misses with a jab, cross combination.
San rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rush moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Helo San seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. San throws a sloppy head kick and Rush moves out of range easily. A head kick misses from San. Rush scores with a takedown into San's guard. Rush drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but San manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rush has San in his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. San tries to stand but Rush is controlling from the bottom. Rush looking for a guillotine here but San defends easily.
San stands up and waves to Rush to follow him.

San throws a half hearted mid kick. Rush drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Rush stands and throws San's legs to the side, diving into side control. Rush tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Rush goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, San rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Rush's guard! Nice work there by San! Rush trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rush has an active guard here but San has managed to pass into half guard.
San prevents Rush from improving his position. Rush is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of San's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take San's back! Rush is looking for a rear naked choke here but San reverses the position brilliantly into Rush's guard!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Max Rush dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Max Rush's cut. That's time! Rush's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. San misses with a few strikes there.
