Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Elias Paniki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramon Placido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paniki comes to the cage accompanied by Sapul. Placido has chosen Bone Thugs N Harmony Feat. 2Pac - Thug Luv as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ramon Placido!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Ivan Kurochkin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paniki moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Paniki avoids the body shot from Placido.

Paniki just misses with a punch to the body.
Placido wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Elias Paniki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Placido changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Paniki avoids a punch combination nicely.
Paniki fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Placido avoids it really well and circles away.
Placido lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Placido.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Placido dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Paniki shoots for a takedown but Placido saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Placido connects with a looping right hand.
Placido throws a lazy right hand but Paniki sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Paniki looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Paniki takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Paniki misses with a leg kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Placido, as that shot connected.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Placido showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Paniki.
Placido connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Paniki momentarily.
Paniki throws a right and a left that Placido avoids nicely.
Placido fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Paniki on the side of the head.
Paniki misses with a low kick as Placido jumps back.
Paniki shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Placido as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Elias Paniki. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Placido sends Paniki crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Placido is motioning to the referee to let Paniki up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Paniki is rocked!
Paniki is breathing heavily.
Placido circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Paniki to the canvas! Paniki doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Placido keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
