Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Kain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Fooligan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jason Kain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimmy Fooligan! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kain clinches up against the cage. Kain breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fooligan gets the takedown into side control. Fooligan tries to advance to mount but can't. Kain is not content to let Fooligan control the position. Kain sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Kain is trying to stand back up but Fooligan is controlling him
Fooligan is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Kain tries to kick Fooligan off but Fooligan keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kain wants to improve his position but Fooligan is controlling well.
Fooligan decides to stand up. Kain gets a clinch. Fooligan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kain just stands there and leans against the cage. Kain gets a trip takedown into half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kain connects with a nice short shot to Fooligan's temple. Kain knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fooligan on the ground. It looks like Kain is going to stand back up.
Fooligan avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kain. Fooligan has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kain is working away from the top position though. Kain blocks the strikes from Fooligan.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fooligan wants to control but Kain is keeping busy.
Fooligan desperately trying to maintain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fooligan wants to improve his position but Kain is controlling well.
Fooligan looks gassed! Kain tries to stand and escape but Fooligan is controlling the position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Kain forces Fooligan back against the cage and clinches. Kain lands a knee to the head.
A right handed body shot lands from Kain.
Fooligan has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kain avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Fooligan tries to pull guard but Kain won't allow it.
Jason Kain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmy Fooligan. Fooligan tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kain smiles and moves away.
Kain fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Fooligan sprawls well initially but Kain persists and gets the takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kain is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Kain trying to control the action but Fooligan is working from the bottom. Fooligan wants to control but Kain is keeping busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fooligan wants to improve his position but Kain is controlling well.
It looks like Kain is going to stand back up.
Fooligan gets full guard. Kain trying to stand up but can't free himself from Fooligan's guard. Fooligan throwing short punches from the bottom. Fooligan keeping moving, preventing Kain from controlling successfully. Fooligan working a defensive guard here.
Fooligan looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kain accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kain has gone for a leg lock! Fooligan slips out almost immediately though and dives into Kain's guard. Fooligan controlling from the top position. Fooligan advances position into side control! Fooligan tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Fooligan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kain tries to buck Fooligan off but Fooligan is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jimmy Fooligan will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Fooligan clinches but Kain breaks the clinch and Kain counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Fooligan shoots and misses and Kain counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Kain. Fooligan drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Kain gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Kain breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fooligan takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Fooligan gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Kain wants to control from the top but Fooligan keeps moving. Kain has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Kain avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fooligan trying to control the position.
Kain postures up and lands a big shot to Fooligan's brow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fooligan not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kain would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Fooligan tries to land a sweep but no joy. Fooligan looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Fooligan preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Fooligan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kain can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Fooligan working a defensive guard here.
Fooligan wants to sweep but no luck. Kain postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fooligan doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Kain trying to control but Fooligan is working from the bottom. Kain content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Kain scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Kain pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Fooligan is keeping the position for now. Fooligan is trying to control the position from the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Kain feints and as Fooligan raises his hands in defense, Kain changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Kain slips nicely into half guard. Fooligan is pressing down on Kain's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fooligan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kain doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kain manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Kain lands a couple of decent looking shots. Fooligan working for submissions but it's allowed Kain to get to half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Kain working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Fooligan's head. Kain postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Fooligan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kain can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kain gets to his feet. Fooligan looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Kain with a hook. Fooligan with a lazy takedown attempt and Kain decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Fooligan's guard. Jason Kain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmy Fooligan. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fooligan throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Kain throws a strike but Fooligan rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Kain preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Fooligan passes easily into side control. Nice work. Fooligan in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Kain is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
