Cavalli shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Said manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Cavalli looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Cavalli circles away from the clinch attempt.

and Cavalli counters with a single leg into guard. Said didn't expect that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Said tries to stand but Cavalli is controlling from the bottom.

Said drops back, looking for a kneebar! Cavalli looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Cavalli looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Cavalli!
Cavalli is looking to take a break and control but Said is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
