Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Cash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cash comes into the arena with Folsom Prison Blues blaring out of the sound system. Terry Smith has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jackson Cash! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Terry Smith! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cash closes this distance looking for a takedown but Smith circles away. Cash looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Smith is fending him off so far but Cash persists. Nope, Smith circles away and we're back to standing. Cash is looking to clinch but Smith is avoiding it.
Smith fails in his attempt to clinch. Smith shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Cash is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Smith pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cash is keeping the position for now. Cash trying to control the position.
Cash keeping moving, preventing Smith from controlling successfully. Cash knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Smith on the ground. Smith slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's one minute gone in the round. Smith is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Cash has escaped the position, nice work there. Smith is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Cash knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Cash is trying to improve his position. You can see the frustration on Cash's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Smith moves into full mount! Cash can't escape the position.
Smith jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Cash manages to avoid the submission attempt. Smith looks gassed! Smith throwing shots but missing, from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cash struggling a bit here. Cash is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Smith has just dragged him back down to the mat. Cash wants to control but Smith postures up. Cash is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Smith is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Cash is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Cash tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Smith wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Smith is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Cash knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Cash manages to get back to half guard. Smith is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Cash is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
