Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Titov Alex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kot Vaska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kot Vaska has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Titov Alex! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kot Vaska! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vaska stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Vaska wants it to stay on the feet. Alex fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Alex throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vaska's waist but Vaska gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Alex off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Titov Alex. That's going to take a lot out of him. Vaska fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Alex, pushing him back against the cage. Alex drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Vaska gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Alex is pressed up against the cage. Vaska has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Alex down to the mat. Alex avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Vaska looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Alex not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Vaska trying to stand up but can't free himself from Alex's guard. Alex is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Vaska trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vaska content to stall in guard here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vaska wants to control from the top but Alex keeps moving. Vaska advances position into side control! Alex is trying to get back to half guard. Vaska working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. You can see the frustration on Alex's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Vaska postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Vaska lands a nice forearm strike. Alex can't do much from the bottom here. Vaska tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Vaska has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Vaska decides to stand back up. Alex misses with a takedown and Vaska counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Alex's guard now. Alex is breathing heavily. Vaska trying to control the position from guard on top but Alex is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Vaska is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alex is working an open guard so Vaska takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Vaska forces Alex back against the cage and clinches. Vaska jumps into guard, dragging Alex to the mat.
Vaska seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Alex trying to control the position from guard on top but Vaska is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Vaska controlling Alex's posture.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Alex trying to stand up but can't free himself from Vaska's guard. Vaska wants to sweep but no luck. Vaska is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Alex postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kot Vaska dominated that round. That's time! Alex's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Alex shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Vaska counters with a nice double leg into guard. Vaska slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Vaska prevents Alex from escaping the position. Vaska has an Americana. Alex didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Vaska is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Vaska hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Kot Vaska!
