Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roberto Puskash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikhail Zakhaiev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Mikhail Zakhaiev enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Roberto Puskash! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mikhail Zakhaiev! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Fedor Mirinova and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zakhaiev takes the fight into the clinch. Puskash goes for a takedown in the clinch but Zakhaiev prevents it.
Puskash is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Zakhaiev gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Puskash tries for a takedown but Zakhaiev manages to get underhooks.

Puskash can't fight it off and eventually Zakhaiev manages to take the fight to the floor. Puskash looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Zakhaiev prevents Puskash from getting back to his feet. Zakhaiev showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Puskash is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zakhaiev is controlling him. Zakhaiev controls from within his opponent's guard. Zakhaiev wants to control from the top but Puskash keeps moving.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Mikhail Zakhaiev. Zakhaiev shoots in and bounces Puskash off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Zakhaiev won't allow Puskash to get back to his feet. Zakhaiev's corner is telling him to maintain position. Zakhaiev must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Puskash wants to stand and escape but Zakhaiev is having none of it. Zakhaiev content to stall in guard here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Puskash keeping moving, preventing Zakhaiev from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Puskash wants to stand but Zakhaiev is controlling the position. Zakhaiev trying to control the position from guard on top but Puskash is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Zakhaiev has taken the fight to the clinch.
Zakhaiev is pressed up against the cage. Puskash has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Zakhaiev down to the mat. Zakhaiev avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Puskash is breathing heavily. Zakhaiev fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Puskash sprawls well initially but Zakhaiev persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Puskash wants to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mikhail Zakhaiev dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Puskash has his takedown stuffed and Zakhaiev counters by moving into the clinch. Zakhaiev has clasped his hands together around Puskash's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Zakhaiev lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Puskash down.

That's one minute gone in the round. A lull in the action here as Zakhaiev stalls from top position. Zakhaiev grinds an elbow into Puskash's temple. Puskash is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Zakhaiev is controlling him well. Zakhaiev is chipping away with strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zakhaiev working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Zakhaiev taking a breather here. Puskash is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zakhaiev cracks Puskash with a big right hand but Puskash just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Puskash throws Zakhaiev to one side and escapes! Puskash with a poor takedown and Zakhaiev counters with a big head kick but Puskash shrugs it off. Zakhaiev scores a takedown into full mount! Mikhail Zakhaiev has got the better of the ground game so far. Zakhaiev with a couple of short strikes. Zakhaiev with a couple of short strikes. Mikhail Zakhaiev showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Zakhaiev connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Puskash some visible discomfort.
