Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DeLarcus White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DeLarcus White is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jeff Coleman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, DeLarcus White!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says White as he avoids it easily.
White tries to clinch up.
Coleman keeps the fight on the outside.
Coleman closes the distance and clinches up with White, looking for a takedown. Coleman pushes White against the cage but White circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Coleman shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in White's guard.

Coleman drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and White dives on top into guard.
Coleman is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
White must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

White avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

White postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
White really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Coleman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
White not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Coleman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. White manages to get himself to full guard.
Coleman won't allow White to get back to his feet.

White looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

White looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
White is wriggling around but Coleman manages to pass to half guard.

Coleman is looking for a kimura here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
White is trying to control but can't.

White slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
White looking for a sweep. Not yet White, not yet.
White is trying to keep Coleman in close.
Coleman pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. White is keeping the position for now.

White wants to sweep but no luck.
Coleman trying to control the position from guard on top but White is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Coleman takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Coleman on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
White lands a nice leg kick that just misses Coleman's sensitive parts.
Coleman closes this distance looking for a takedown but White circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeff Coleman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
White dodges the punch combination from Coleman.

Coleman closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Coleman seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. White is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
