Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brutus BeefCake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugh Jorgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jorgan has chosen Dick In A Box as his entrance music. Brutus BeefCake has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brutus BeefCake! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hugh Jorgan! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Donatello Bradman and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! BeefCake jabs Jorgan right on the nose. Jorgan blinks but takes it well. Jorgan uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from BeefCake. Jorgan defending well as BeefCake loads up on a big left hand. Jorgan moves out of range of the strikes. BeefCake throws a looping overhand right but Jorgan ducks down to avoid it. BeefCake misses with a straight right. BeefCake is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jorgan. Jorgan dives in and grabs BeefCake's left leg, looking for a takedown. BeefCake pushes down on Jorgan's head and hops out. BeefCake is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Jorgan's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jorgan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as BeefCake sprawls well. BeefCake wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jorgan gets slowly back to his feet. BeefCake throws a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. BeefCake missing with a left hand there. Jorgan was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. BeefCake closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Jorgan did well to prevent BeefCake getting side control. BeefCake is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jorgan defends it well. BeefCake tries to pass to full mount but Jorgan defends it. Jorgan makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jorgan. BeefCake trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. BeefCake is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Jorgan avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. BeefCake throwing strikes from guard but Jorgan blocks nicely. BeefCake might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jorgan keeping moving, preventing BeefCake from controlling successfully.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Jorgan on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. BeefCake darts in and out, connecting with a jab. A clash of legs there as Jorgan blocks the low kick. Jorgan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from BeefCake. Jorgan takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jorgan tries to move into range but BeefCake moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. BeefCake throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jorgan. Jorgan misses with a takedown attempt and BeefCake counters with a shoot takedown. Jorgan fights it but they end up in guard. Brutus BeefCake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hugh Jorgan. BeefCake postures up in Jorgan's guard and throws a big left but Jorgan blocks it. BeefCake in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Jorgan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. BeefCake doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. BeefCake manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. BeefCake trying to control but Jorgan is working from the bottom. Jorgan preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. BeefCake got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jorgan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, BeefCake has managed to get both his arms back between Jorgan's legs - danger averted. BeefCake trying to control but Jorgan is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. BeefCake thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. BeefCake trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Jorgan is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Jorgan takes one on the chin but seems OK.
BeefCake throws out a loose jab but Jorgan uses good head movement to avoid it. Nice defenses there by Jorgan. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brutus BeefCake dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
BeefCake scores with a slapping inside leg kick. BeefCake with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Jorgan slips a straight right by BeefCake. BeefCake throws a hook but Jorgan blocks it. The fighters circling - BeefCake throws out the jab but it was never going to land. BeefCake thows a body shot but no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jorgan feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Jorgan looking to pass the guard. BeefCake is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Jorgan postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. BeefCake has his foot on Jorgan's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jorgan works his way back into a safe position though. BeefCake looking to sweep here. No luck so far. BeefCake is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. BeefCake trying to control the action but Jorgan is working from the bottom. BeefCake is really struggling to control Jorgan but he's trying to hold on to the position. Jorgan is controlling BeefCake's position as best he can from this difficult position. BeefCake seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jorgan does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. BeefCake thows a huge punch but Jorgan dodges it nicely.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jorgan is looking for a sweep. BeefCake is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. BeefCake throws a big shot that misses. A big left from BeefCake misses. BeefCake throws the left hand but Jorgan avoids the punch easily. Jab from BeefCake. BeefCake throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jorgan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jorgan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A decent looking cross lands there for BeefCake. BeefCake lands a nice looking body shot.
BeefCake is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jorgan's half guard. Jorgan avoiding damage under a succession of punches from BeefCake. Jorgan is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of BeefCake's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take BeefCake's back! BeefCake is in bad spot here.
Jorgan is looking for the choke from the back position but BeefCake is controlling his hands well. Jorgan is breathing heavily. Jorgan has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, BeefCake has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
BeefCake tries to escape the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jorgan doesn't have the hooks in and BeefCake manages to turn into his guard.
Jorgan looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but BeefCake puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. BeefCake not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Jorgan is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but BeefCake pulls his head out easily. BeefCake sitting and controlling from the half guard. BeefCake has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. BeefCake goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Jorgan is on top in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brutus BeefCake dominated that second round. That's time! BeefCake's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Jorgan moves out of range as BeefCake strikes. Jorgan displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as BeefCake throws out the jab. Jorgan shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in BeefCake's guard. BeefCake keeping moving, preventing Jorgan from controlling successfully. BeefCake looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Jorgan is defending well. BeefCake quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Jorgan has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! BeefCake celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
