Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mocny Vlad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Mocny Vlad!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, John Clark!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vlad shoots in and drives through. Clark sprawls well.
Vlad has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Vlad there as he acknowledges the shot.
Clark lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Clark stuffs the takedown.
Clark cracks Vlad with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Clark keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mocny Vlad. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vlad throws a head kick but Clark moves out of range.
Clark lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Vlad at a distance.
Clark moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Vlad tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Vlad throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Clark.
Nice body punch from Clark.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Vlad takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Vlad is breathing heavily.
Clark listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Vlad. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Clark throws a right and a left that Vlad avoids nicely.
Clark scores with a one two! Vlad had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Clark waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Vlad.
Clark darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Clark catches Vlad with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Vlad takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Clark throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Vlad tumbling to the canvas!
Clark controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Clark passes easily into side control. Nice work.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Vlad is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Vlad prevents Clark from moving into mount.
And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
John Clark dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Clark swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Clark throws a body punch but Vlad moves out of range.
Clark swats away the attempt to clinch by Vlad.
Vlad has taken the fight to the clinch.
Clark on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Vlad putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Clark in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Vlad has had enough of the clinch but Clark keeps him there for the moment.
Vlad has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Clark is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Vlad turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Vlad manages to end up in side control.
Clark regains half guard, as Vlad was trying to land strikes.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Vlad has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Clark works to full guard.
Vlad wanted to stand there but Clark had control of the position.

Clark is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Clark working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Vlad.
Vlad throws a strike but Clark rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Vlad wants to get back to his feet but Clark is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Clark slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Vlad pushes Clark away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Clark gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Clark controlling the position.
Clark tries for a kimura but Vlad is defending well.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Vlad wants to get back to his feet but Clark drags him back down.
And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
Mocny Vlad dominated that second round.
That's time! Vlad's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Clark lands a jab-cross combination.
A jab from Clark finds it's way through Vlad's defenses.
Vlad bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Vlad feints and as Clark raises his hands in defense, Vlad changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Vlad would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Clark pulls Vlad in close to prevent any damage.
Vlad is looking to work some ground and pound but Clark has wrist control.

Vlad throws a strike but Clark rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Vlad wants to get back to his feet but Clark is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Clark stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vlad swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
A head punch on the inside from Clark fails to land.
Clark on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Vlad escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Clark takes a kick to the side of the head.
Vlad moves out of range as Clark strikes.
Clark cracks a nice hook into Vlad's ribs.
Clark bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Vlad's head.
Vlad tries to clinch but Clark moves out of range.
Clark avoids the head kick by Vlad.
Clark misses with a takedown attempt
and Vlad decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Clark's guard.
Vlad is looking to advance position but Clark has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Vlad has given up his back - I dont know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
What can Vlad do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to John Clark.
I think Clark has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
