Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Giant kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Armstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). kong's entrance music is GIANT KONG. A fine choice. Armstrong has chosen We Were Soldiers by Sgt. Mackenzie as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Giant kong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Craig Armstrong!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armstrong attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
kong looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
It looks like Giant kong has been cut.
Armstrong misses with a body shot.
kong shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Armstrong as he avoids it easily.
kong throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Armstrong throws a low kick but it's checked well by kong.
Armstrong clobbers kong with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
kong gets caught flat footed, as Armstrong shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
kong will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
kong can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Armstrong controls the pace.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Armstrong content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Armstrong postures up and lands a big shot to kong's brow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Armstrong is working kong over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Armstrong is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Armstrong keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of kong's head.
kong had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Armstrong defends it easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

kong throws his legs up looking for a submission but Armstrong uses it to pass to side control.

Armstrong lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

kong is looking to regain half guard here but Armstrong keeps moving and retains side control.

Armstrong connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused kong some visible discomfort.

Jeez, Giant kong's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
