Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ebanij Nasos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Berg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nasos's entrance music is Military Soviet Hymn . A fine choice. Ebanij Nasos has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berg shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Berg showed some decent athleticism there.
Nasos is trying to get back to full guard.

Berg escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nasos gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Nasos has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Berg had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Nasos is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Berg Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Nasos's back instead.
Berg should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

That was a close round but I would say that Ebanij Nasos will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Nasos changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Nasos drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Berg's head, knocking him out cold! Nasos is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
