The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rain closes the distance and clinches.
Plast is trying to break the clinch but Rain is controlling him.
Rain dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.

Plast shoots in looking for a takedown. Rain tries to sprawl out of it but Plast keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rain manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Plast is looking to control Rain's arms but Rain gets an underhook and turns him. Now Plast has his back to the cage.
Plast is trying to slow the pace down but that's a couple of times in a row that he's tried to get underhooks and Rain has denied him.

Plast dives in and grabs Rain's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rain pushes down on Plast's head and hops out.

Plast tries for a takedown but Rain sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Plast tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Rain just stands there and leans against the cage.
Plast is trying to drag Rain to the mat but Rain just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Rain lands a body punch.
Plast fails to pull guard.
Plast trying to stall but Rain improves his position.
Rain landing knees to the head.
Rain breaks from the clinch.
Rain scores with a decent looking hook.
Rain throws a right hand that Plast ducks under and follows up with a left that Plast also avoids with ease.
Plast shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rain defends it nicely.
Rain stuffs the takedown attempt from Plast. Plast gets slowly back to his feet.
Plast looks gassed!
Rain fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Plast.
Plast takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Plast takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Rain breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Rain measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Plast! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
