Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Randy Ortis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Antonio Coutinho!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coutinho fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Coutinho looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Coutinho rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ortis moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ortis tries to close the distance and clinch but Coutinho swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Coutinho looks to land a combination but Ortis avoids it well.
Ortis could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Ortis walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Coutinho checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Ortis tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Coutinho was well out of range. Poor timing from Ortis.
Ortis drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ortis works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Ortis slows the pace down in half guard.
Coutinho tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Ortis manages to move to mount!

The referee warns Coutinho that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Ortis lands with some strikes.
Ortis sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Ortis scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Ortis is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Ortis content just to control the position here.
Coutinho is desperately trying to improve his position but Ortis has a good base and remains in mount.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ortis working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Coutinho looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Ortis! Submission of the night perhaps?
