The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cejudo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Cejudo tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Soares is looking to clinch but Cejudo is avoiding it.
Soares tries to clinch but Cejudo moves out of range.
Soares lands a big head kick that sends Cejudo tumbling to the mat! Soares takes a step backwards and waves Cejudo back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Cejudo is rocked!
It looks like Henry Cejudo has been cut.
Soares shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Cejudo is on queer street and Soares is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
