Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Howell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cannon Fodder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Thomas Howell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cannon Fodder!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Donatello Bradman and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howell throws a right and a left that both miss.
Howell throws a body kick that misses.
Howell lunges at Fodder with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Fodder's hand.
Howell scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Cannon Fodder has been cut.
Howell lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fodder avoids the body shot from Howell.
Howell looks to land a left hand but Fodder moved out of range nicely.
Howell catches Fodder with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Howell thows a body shot but no joy.
Howell throws a right and a left that both miss.
Howell looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Fodder on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Howell throws a right and a left that Fodder avoids nicely.
Fodder ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Howell throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fodder stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fodder is defended easily by Howell.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Howell misses with a series of wild punches.
Fodder uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Howell.
Howell tries to bum rush Fodder with a series of wild strikes but Fodder uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Howell slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Thomas Howell is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Howell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Howell misses with a body shot.
Howell rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fodder moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fodder displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Howell throws out the jab.
Fodder bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Howell is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Howell digs a good hook to Fodder's body.
Howell loads up on a big right hand but Fodder slips the punch.
Howell slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Fodder ducks under a wild hook from Howell.
Fodder takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Howell cracks Fodder with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Fodder scores with a takedown into Howell's guard.
Fodder drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fodder jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Fodder tries to free his leg and advance position but Howell is retaining full guard.
Fodder postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Howell is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fodder, into his guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Howell trying to control the position from guard on top but Fodder is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Howell has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Fodder to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Howell is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Fodder pulls down on the head and he's put Howell to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Cannon Fodder!
