The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a right and a left that both miss.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Black.
A jab from Johnson does it's job there.
Johnson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Black moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Black tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Johnson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Black moves out of range of the body kick.
Johnson staying out of range there.
Horrible takedown by Black or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson which made him look bad.
Black moves in looking to clinch but Johnson pushes him off.
Johnson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Black.
Black shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Johnson pinned against the cage. Johnson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Thomas Black. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Black needs to keep his hands up - Johnson had a free shot at his head there.
Johnson throws a series of punches but Black avoids them all with ease.
Black lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Johnson scores with a shot to the body.
Johnson moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Black goes down! Can Johnson finish him!?

Black looks up at the clock. Bad move! Johnson lands a right hand from hell, dropping Black. Johnson pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
