Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cherry shoots for a double leg takedown but Hall sprawls well. He's pushed Cherry's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Hall scores with a hook to the body. Cherry takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Hall darts in and clinches Cherry up against the ropes.
Hall misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Cherry.
Cherry is working for takedown but Hall is calmly controlling the position for now.

Hall really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cherry. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hall uses his free foot to push down on Cherry's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Cherry.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Hall lands a nice short elbow.

Cherry has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Hall has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
