Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between jose gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kristofer Kringle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
gonzalez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kringle's waist but Kringle gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing gonzalez off to one side.
gonzalez misses with a takedown attempt - Kringle sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Kringle decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

gonzalez is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Kringle is trying to escape and gonzalez transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Kringle is forced to tap! Nice work there by gonzalez! Very nice indeed!
