Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Terry Brawler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cody Stuber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brawler comes to the cage accompanied by Pweization. Stuber has chosen Bodies as his entrance music. Cody Stuber is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Terry Brawler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cody Stuber! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brawler gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Stuber works a leg free and moves into half guard. Stuber winds up and cracks Brawler with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Stuber escapes and gets back to his feet. Brawler shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Stuber counters with a leg kick. Brawler looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Brawler is breathing heavily. Stuber tries to close the distance and clinch but Brawler swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Brawler could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Stuber closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Stuber looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Brawler with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Stuber postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Brawler to stand up. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Brawler avoids the head kick by Stuber.
Brawler moves in looking to clinch but Stuber pushes him off. Stuber wants to clinch up but Brawler keeps it at a distance. A jab from Stuber misses. Stuber fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Brawler manages to avoid it. Brawler fails with the takedown and Stuber counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Brawler! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Terry Brawler. That's going to take a lot out of him. Stuber lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Brawler is desperately trying to improve his position but Stuber has a good base and remains in mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brawler squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Stuber trying to control but Brawler is having none of it. Brawler holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Stuber tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Brawler is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Brawler tries to get back to half guard but can't. Brawler knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stuber on the ground. Stuber working away from the top, dropping strikes. Stuber throwing strikes here but Brawler is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Stuber connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Stuber sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Stuber has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Brawler is working to get back to half guard.
Stuber tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee warns Brawler that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Stuber landing strikes from the mount and Brawler is in trouble! Stuber with shots to the head and body - Brawler looks very uncomfortable down there. Stuber is working to isolate an arm here. It's a choreographed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Stuber extends the arm and Brawler is forced to tap!
