Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pepe Perez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Taco Train!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perez throws a head kick that misses.
Train swats away the attempt to clinch by Perez.

Train closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Train fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Perez sprawls well initially but Train persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Perez pushes off an throws an elbow but Train leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.

Train has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Perez clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Perez wants to control his opponent's hands but Train gets his hands free.
Train has the hooks in. Perez is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Train has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Perez has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Even with his hooks in, Train manages to miss with strikes from the back.

You can see the frustration on Perez's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Train is looking to finish with some ground and pound!
Train gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Train.

Train working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Perez is doing well to defend. Train seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Perez is forced to tap and this one is over!
