PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between OJ Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Kesler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kesler has chosen Cancer Bats - Deathsmarch as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, OJ Simpson!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ryan Kesler!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Russell Pearce and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Simpson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kesler - the referee stops the clock and Simpson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kesler. Simpson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

I've got Kesler winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
