The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carlton fails to land with a series of punches.
Carlton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Venture swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Venture shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Venture showed some decent athleticism there.

Carlton kicks off Venture and gets to his feet.

Venture is looking to take a break and control but Carlton is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hank Venture.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Venture, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
