Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Knag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elliot Spenser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Spenser's choice of entrance music: Bring me to Life by Evanescence. David Knag has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, David Knag! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Elliot Spenser! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.

Knag moves out of range of the body kick. Spenser with a nice cross. Spenser will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Spenser connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Spenser cracks Knag with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Spenser gets caught flat footed, as Knag shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Spenser is controlling Knag's posture. Spenser looking to control.

Knag scoring with strikes to the body and head. Spenser on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Spenser controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Knag tries to pass the half guard into mount. Spenser knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Spenser on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Ground and pound from Knag. Spenser keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Spenser is trying to maintain the position but Knag is very close to passing his half guard. Knag thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Knag missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Knag throwing shots but Spenser is blocking nicely. Knag trying to pass the guard but Spenser defending well. Knag not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Spenser throws a right and a left that Knag avoids nicely. Spenser connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Spenser connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Knag's hands. Spenser throws a right and a left that Knag avoids nicely. Spenser closes the distance and lands a one-two. Spenser jabs at Knag's body. Spenser misses with a body shot.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Spenser gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Knag passes Spenser's right leg, so he's now in half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Elliot Spenser will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Knag tries to score a power double leg takedown but Spenser sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Knag somewhat. Spenser is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Spenser will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Knag doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Spenser misses with a series of wild punches.
Knag gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Spenser. No joy there for Spenser, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Spenser throws a shot to the body.
Knag fails with a takedown attempt. Spenser has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Spenser scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Spenser lands a left and a right that send Knag crashing to the mat, dazed. Spenser thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Spenser throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Spenser throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Knag stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Spenser lands a big uppercut and Knag crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Knag looks OK. Spenser waves Knag back to his feet!

Knag is rocked! Elliot Spenser seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Knag fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Spenser manages to avoid it. Oh Knag is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Spenser is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Knag flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Knag is out cold! Spenser holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Elliot Spenser!
