The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nicodemo wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
River pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nicodemo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nicodemo swings for the body but River moves out of range.
Nicodemo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nicodemo fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Nicodemo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A solid leg kick lands there for River.
Nicodemo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from River.
Nicodemo throws a right hand that River ducks under and follows up with a left that River also avoids with ease.
Nicodemo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but River manages to avoid it.
A jab lands there for Nicodemo.
River gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Nicodemo.
River is rocked!
A looping hook to the body misses from River. Nicodemo does a little dance to reset his feet.
River is still on wobbly legs! Can Nicodemo finish him?
River moves out of range of the strikes.

River looks gassed!
