Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bertie Bassett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ali Muhammad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ali Muhammad is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bertie Bassett! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Ali Muhammad! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Muhammad rushes Bassett and presses him up against the cage. Bassett's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Muhammad shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bassett is in all sorts of trouble here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Muhammad content just to control the position here. Bassett wants to control but Muhammad is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bassett is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Muhammad looking to control but Bassett is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Bassett is looking to improve his position but Muhammad isn't that keen on the idea. Muhammad jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Bassett is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Bassett and Muhammad has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Bassett could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Bassett is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Muhammad off and has taken his back! Muhammad is holding onto Bassett's left hand, preventing any choke attempts. Muhammad defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Bassett's arms. Bassett is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Muhammad is defending well though. Bassett let's go of the attempt for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bassett is not going to allow Muhammad to sit and survive in this position. I really don't envy Muhammad right now.
Bassett looking for the choke but no joy. Muhammad is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Bassett off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Bassett is breathing heavily. Muhammad looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Muhammad prevents Bassett from getting a body triangle. Muhammad preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Bassett. Muhammad is trying to defend against the choke here but Bassett has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Bassett Tightens the hold and Muhammad taps out furiously! Bassett displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
