Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ben Lock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Mangello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ben Lock could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tony Mangello's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ben Lock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Mangello! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mangello tries to land a leg kick but Lock saw it coming and moves away.
Mangello misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lock shoots for a double leg takedown but Mangello sprawls well. He's pushed Lock's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Mangello tries for a takedown but Lock circles away easily and Lock decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Mangello's guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lock accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Mangello throws his legs up looking for a submission but Lock uses it to pass to side control.
Lock remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lock tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Lock creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Mangello sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Lock trying to control the action but Mangello is working from the bottom. Lock tries to score with some ground and pound. Mangello controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Lock wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mangello keeps working. Lock really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Mangello throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lock was covering up waiting for the punch and Mangello finishes the takedown easily into guard. Lock is trying to keep Mangello in close.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mangello throwing strikes but missing. Lock is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lock is on top in guard.

Lock sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Lock wants to get back to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lock moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ben Lock dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Lock with a lazy takedown attempt and Mangello decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lock's guard. Mangello wants to control from the top but Lock keeps moving. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mangello accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Mangello postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Lock has Mangello pulled in close to control his posture. Mangello wants to control from the top but Lock keeps moving.

Mangello tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Lock wants to control but Mangello postures up. Lock is looking for a sweep. Lock is trying to buck Mangello off. Mangello lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lock explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Mangello gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Lock trying to control the position from guard on top but Mangello is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mangello lands a decent shot there. Mangello tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mangello keeping moving, preventing Lock from controlling successfully. Lock slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Lock will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Lock trying to control the position from guard on top but Mangello is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ben Lock overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Mangello is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lock won't allow Mangello to get back to his feet. Lock stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mangello swivels though and keeps the full guard. Lock is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mangello wants to stand and escape but Lock is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Mangello is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lock defends well.

Lock is looking to control Mangello's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lock avoid being mounted? Lock is controlling Mangello's trapped leg to prevent Mangello from advancing to side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lock has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mangello is working away from the top position though. Mangello passes into side control, despite Lock's attempt to control the position.
Lock is trying to control Mangello's posture but Mangello avoids it. Lock manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

And that's the end of the fight! Tony Mangello comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mangello has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
