Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, The Hulk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Richard Head!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head shoots for a double leg takedown but Hulk sprawls well. He's pushed Head's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A combination from Hulk does no damage.
Hulk throws a nice looking combination but Head bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Head misses with a body kick.
Head ducks under a wild hook from Hulk.
Some wild striking there from Hulk.
Hulk scores with a hook.
Head closes the distance and clinches up with Hulk, looking for a takedown. Head pushes Hulk against the cage but Hulk circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Head swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hulk cracks Head with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Head falls to his knees and Hulk doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). The Hulk!
