Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gunnar Bishop!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tatsuya Nakamura!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bishop misses with a wild body shot.
Nakamura has a takedown stuffed.
Nakamura swats away the attempt to clinch by Bishop.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nakamura is defended easily by Bishop.
Bishop lands a left and a right that send Nakamura crashing to the mat, dazed. Bishop thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Bishop cracks Nakamura on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Nakamura falls backwards against the cage. Bishop follows up with more strikes that drop Nakamura to his knees. Bishop keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Nakamura! This one is all over!
